1. This is an agreement between both companies. 

2. First Party will supply (Onion) from Iran to Qatar as per law requirement of food items with all certificates. 

3. The First party will send Onion weighs about (20 KG) bags. 

4. The both Partý s (first & second) has agreed for payment condition to be 50% advance and 20% after document other 30% payment 1week credit
