شرح پروژه

Tasks

1.    Creation and imaging of the hazard map of the investigation area in the region of Stendal with the following contents:

a)    The already calculated flooding depth in the case of HQ100 (Attention: Gridcode in shapes have the unit [1 dm = 10 cm]!).

b)    Flood control facilities/buildings (dikes, dike openings/sluices, pumping stations, gauges). This shape can be divided in single shapes, if necessary.

c)    affected buildings as well as agricultural and industrial areas etc.

d)    Sources of hazards/special risks like waste water treatment plants and water works (see ATKIS data)

2.    Determination of damage potentials

Given data:

·         Land use classes after ATKIS data (see WZ93-shape) and property assets (see property asset2002-shape)

·         property assets mobile (pre-tax assets  equipment and other facilities, BAVA), immobile (pre-tax assets buildings, BAVB) and adding value loss by drop out of production (BWS) for some land use classes

        ·        damage function 

Wanted data :::

·         For the two flooding scenarios at HQ100 and HQex and for the asset values mobile and immobile for a) and b)

a)     Calculation of the maximum damage potential of the different land use scenarios and the percentage of areas and cartographical imaging (graduation €/m² resp. €/m²*d).

b)     Calculation of the damage amount in relation to  the flooding depths and cartographical imaging of the asset values (in €/m² resp. €/m²*d) and comparison of the results in relation  to the percentage of the damage potential of all scenarios

c)     Damage mapping for the region of Stendal (Elbe River should be visible content of the map).
