1. Simulation:

Classification of power quality disturbances by a novel algorithm using CNN, convolutional neural network.


Data:
I have sixteen types of single and multiple types of PQDs signal data, that data has created by using mathematical equations,
Data size is about 1600*2000 row*column, row represents 16 signal having 100 samples each, column represents sampling point

Classification process expected:
 CNN based novel algorithm, which is different from some recent studies/ published paper

Project have to 99% accuracy dear, it must need confusion matrix, because it will show the classification,
If accuracy will below 99 or 98%, the research paper can’t publish successfully, i hope you will do it
If you worked on image classification problem before using CNN, i sure you will complete my task

sind2021.pdf and wnag2019.pdf are the similar work and the table is the labels

the MATLAB codes are related to to data generation

The paper srikanth2021.pdf is about classification of faults on power sys: similar strategy can be applied for PQDs classification and You can follow this paper

for my task You can change a little bit parameter of that are in index.jpg

These are relevant graphs, these show loss and accuracy of classification, close to 99.5% as shown in index2.jpg

dear i made a code for cnn with the help of one Canadian MAtlab programmer, she made labelling on data, if you say I provide you, maybe you have esay. you can see in (CNN DWT CODE.rar)

here is labelling mat file in which she performed labels as shown in im1.jpg

she made signal 1D to 2D images and then put into classifier in im2.jpg

but in this work, W matrix full raw data is performed with feature extraction technique namely DWT, the data set has reduced and them it sends to classifier
