!Project Overview: Event Management Application

Description:

The application serves as a platform to facilitate event management, offering services to two primary user types: Admin (or hosts) and Users (or attendees). Admins have the ability to create, modify, cancel, and reschedule events, while also managing tickets and observing event statistics. Users can view and purchase tickets for various events. The application will be built using Flutter Flow & Firebase with Cloud Functions, Firestore, and Stripe integrated for payment processing.

User Personas:

Admin (Hosts): They are the event organizers who manage the events and tickets. They need to keep track of event statistics and revenue, and also validate tickets during events.

User (Attendees): These are the attendees of the events. They view and purchase tickets for events. They need to receive notifications about event updates and their ticket purchases.

Stripe Integration

Stripe will be used for all financial transactions. The Stripe API allows for secure payment processing, refunds, and Express account creation for admins. Stripe webhooks might be used to update the application in real-time when certain events occur, such as successful payments or refunds.

QR Code Scanning

QR code scanning will be an important feature for validating tickets. A third-party library might be needed to implement this feature, which will involve generating and scanning QR codes and verifying them against the Firestore 'tickets' collection.
