1. Although the abstract is relatively long, there are some ambiguous sentences in it. For example: “In this research, the methods of combining BIM and IPD and the advantages of the combined method have been investigated.”. It is necessary to point out the combining methods.

2. There are spelling and formatting errors in English writing. For example: “As a result, a new method for project delivery was developed based on integrated project delivery based on information modeling and joint collaboration”. It would be better to change the structure and format of this sentence, "Based on" has been used twice.

3. It is appropriate to use case studies in such research. However, it is necessary to present the research outputs in a way that has the ability to be replicated and generalized to other cases. All quantitative results and percentages mentioned in the abstract and conclusion are valid only for the conditions of the present study and will be subject to change with changes in micro and macro variables.

4. The introduction of the article is not sufficient to provide a scientific justification for the present study, and it is necessary to discuss the innovative aspects and the distinctiveness of the research conducted compared to what can be obtained in the literature on the subject of the research.

5. The full names of abbreviations are defined in the footnotes of each page, which is inconsistent with the format of a research paper. It is necessary to provide the full name of each term in the first time it is used in the text of the article, and its abbreviation is defined immediately after the full name and in parentheses. In this case, the subsequent uses of the word in question can be done using only the abbreviated name.

6. The most important weakness of the article is the lack of validation of the modeling output. It is necessary to add a section titled Validation to the article and verify the model output.

The paper addresses a highly topical issue in the construction sector, namely the integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM), Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and multi-criteria decision-making methods, with the aim of improving the efficiency and quality of decision-making processes in the design and project management phases. The topic is certainly relevant and consistent with current trends in the AEC industry; however, the manuscript presents several methodological and editorial issues that reduce its scientific effectiveness and overall soundness.

From a formal point of view, the text is often redundant, with excessively long and repetitive sentences that weigh down the reading without adding any real additional content.

There are frequent conceptual repetitions on the role of BIM and IPD, which are already widely known and documented in the literature, while there is a lack of critical synthesis to guide the reader towards the real original contribution of the study. Again, there are some linguistic inaccuracies and a general lack of stylistic revision, which is not compatible with the standards of an international journal.

The introduction provides a very broad overview of the issues related to the fragmentation of the construction process and the limitations of traditional project delivery methods, but fails to define with sufficient clarity the scientific gap that the work aims to fill. The literature is cited extensively but mainly descriptively, without a critical comparison between existing approaches or a clear justification for the choice of the multi-criteria method adopted over established alternatives.

The proposed methodology, based on the integration of BIM, IPD and multi-criteria decision-making techniques, is conceptually interesting but is described in too general terms. The evaluation criteria, the weights assigned and the methods of aggregating the alternatives are not sufficiently justified from a theoretical point of view, nor are they supported by a sensitivity analysis that would allow the robustness of the results to be assessed. In the absence of such insights, the decision-making process appears somewhat arbitrary and heavily dependent on initial assumptions.

The case study presented helps to clarify the practical application of the method, but remains limited to a specific context and does not allow for generalisable conclusions to be drawn. The results obtained, although consistent with the premises, appear largely predictable and are not compared with alternative scenarios or traditional decision-making approaches, thus reducing the demonstrative value of the work. Furthermore, the discussion of the results tends to emphasise the benefits of the proposed approach without adequate critical analysis of its operational and organisational limitations.

In conclusion, the paper addresses a relevant topic and proposes a potentially interesting methodological framework, but it needs substantial revision in order to reach an adequate scientific level. Greater clarity is required in defining the originality of the contribution, strengthening the decision-making methodology, a more critical discussion of the results, and a significant stylistic revision of the text. Only after these improvements can the work make a truly significant contribution to the field of integration between BIM, IPD, and advanced decision-making processes.
