quincunx polyharmonic B-spline Algorithm


The algorithm can be run, but the mean square error between the original image and the constructed one is not sufficient, so since quincunx subsampling scheme they are not treated equally, so it needs u have a proper way to how you split row/columns, the works need an advance understanding of quincunx scheme subsampling and polyharmonic B-spline wavelet transform.

I have quincunx polyharmonic B-spline wavelet transform

the code already exist

what I want when you pass an image through the transformation

the reconstructed image and the original image should be the same(i.e., the mean square error should be 10^-10

but the code gives 10^5

so the code is implementation of this paper

the code worked properly before

like when this paper published

but now when I try I don't get the correct result

in order to run the code, you have to change the ndgrid to meshgrid

an expert recommended he ndgrid lines that should be converted into meshgrid’s, but it has some other implications with how you split row/columns (due to the quincunx subsampling scheme they are not treated equally)

but it is not quit clear to me

Because if you don't have it is not easy
So when the it reconstruct the image

It should be perfect reconstruction
I mean when you compare the original image with the reconstructed one
The mean square error should be 10^-10
But there is some issu here it gives 10^-4

I can't figure out what is the issue
As soon as possible

I mean the sooner the better
The code seems to be annoying
