شرح پروژه

درود من یک پروژه PSPICE  دارم که بزرگهم نیست و   خودم وقت نمیکنم انجامش بدم  و از این قراره
1.  Use simulations to verify the threshold voltages for the ZVP2106A and 2N7000 transistors.

2.  Using the two MOSFET transistors, one ZVP2106A and one 2N7000(found by adding the zetex.olb library), construct a CMOS inverter circuit in PSpice as depicted in Figure 1, with a 4V VDD, 0-4Vppsquare wave input at 5kHz to the gates of the inverter.
a.  Comment on why the output is not perfectly square.
b.  Note that these are not matched transistors - how does this affect your circuit’s behavior?
c.  Determine the delay for each of the transitions and use this to then determine the maximum clock frequency for this inverter.
d.  Generate a transfer characteristic by running a DC sweep, varying VI from 0 to 4V and plotting VO. Qualitatively explain how this differs from the ideal transfer curve and determine the noise margins from this curve.
e.  Mark on the curve the state of each transistor and note where they transition from one state to another.
f.  Using the temperature sweep, simulate the circuit with a DC sweep at both 0and 100, and comment on any differences in your circuit.

3.  Using Figure 6 and the background material, determine what would happen when the inverter transitions from a High input to a Low input. Determine the values of the various capacitances immediately before and after the transition like in the table on page 3.  Sketch the output or identify it on the PSpice simulation from 2a.

4.  Repeat the steps 2c and 2d using an inverter from a 7404 chip (PSpice component 74HC04 in the 74HC.olb library).
