Please write a 2,500-word literature review that provides a critical synthesis of a minimum of 20 academic sources (i.e., academic journal articles, preferably, with DOI numbers; chapters in edited books; or monographs) on a topic of your choice (preferably your dissertation topic).

The literature review needs to accomplish the following:

critically synthesise the theoretical research and empirical studies that have already been conducted by other researchers on the topic(s) relevant to your research question, as well as any cross-sections of these;

identify a research gap (through counter-claiming, identifying a niche, question-raising, or continuing a tradition);

establish a narrow, grounded, and argumentative research question; a hypothesis; and a set of research objectives for the research gap identified.

Papers shorter than 2,250 and longer than 2,750 words lose 10 points. Papers shorter than 2,000 words fail automatically. Papers where there are three or more discrepancies between the references used in and after text will be awarded 0% in Language and Mechanics and Source Use. Papers that do not contain a minimum of twenty (20) academic sources fail automatically. Academic sources are academic journal articles, preferably, with DOI numbers; chapters in edited books; and monographs. Poor academic practice (e.g., quoting directly from sources that exceeds 10% of the paper) will result in automatic fail.

 تقریبا یک تمرین مرور ادبیاتی برای سوال تحقیقاتی خودمون از ما می خواد.
 سوال تحقیقاتی خودم رو هم براتون می فرستم

تغییرات اقتصادی از جمله افزایش مشارکت زنان در نیروی کار مدیریتی یا بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی آنها چه تأثیری بر نقش زنان در جامعه ایران داشته است؟

 بیشتر مد نظرش هست ما قوانین مربوط به نوشتن مقاله و پایان نامه رو رعایت کنیم.من چون تایم ندارم تمام این اصول رو الان به کار ببرم  نوزاد دارم .و خیلی ریز بین هست این استاد 🤦 .این پروژه هم برای انتهای ترم هست می خوام پاس بشم درس رو.
 یه سری نکات هم هست که باید رعایت بشه برای درجه بندی الان می فرستم خدمت شما.

Grading criteria

Notes:

1 The performance must fully satisfy each sub-criterion to be awarded a grade within that band. For example, in the "Synthesis" criterion even if the "state of the field is examined critically" (80%-band) if "the author does not attempt to establish a research gap" (25%-band), only 25% may be awarded for the performance. Please use the grid from left to right.
