– The text is mostly descriptive; please include more critical comparison, evaluation of findings, and clear public health relevance. Actually your aim in the public healt aspects and overveiw but there is no public health aspect only a small amount of global trend in the introduction....
– Some sections are disproportionately long (e.g. neuroimaging and AI methods), while others important from a public health viewpoint (screening, prevention, health system implications) need expansion.
– The aim of the study should be clearly linked to the presented results and discussed again in the conclusion.

3. Language and style
– Please revise the text for grammar, sentence structure, and clarity. Many sentences are too long, contain grammatical errors, or are difficult to follow.
– Avoid informal phrasing and ensure consistent academic vocabulary.
– Pay attention to correct use of scientific terms (e.g. “risk factor,” “protective factor,” “etiology,” “prodromal”).

4. Formal requirements
– Ensure the thesis length follows the 25–50 page limit excluding references and table of contents.
– The list of abbreviations should be inserted after the first title page.
– References must be in alphabetical order and formatted uniformly according to the guidelines.
– Please check all in-text citations for consistency (author–year style).
– Figures or tables mentioned in the text should be properly numbered, labelled, and referenced.

– As this is a review-type thesis, the Methods section needs to describe the search strategy more precisely: keywords, inclusion/exclusion criteria, time range, number of articles screened, etc.
