Technical Skills

❖ Piping design and Materials.

❖ Preparing/Reviewing Technical Documents: MTO, Piping and Isometric Drawing, Support Detail, Pipe Route, Plot plan, P&ID’s marked-up, General Assembly Drawing, SSL Diagram, Line list, Internal/External Tie-in list, 3D Model Review Report (30%, 60% & 90%), Data sheets, Material Requisition, Utility Station Layout, Inspection and Test Plan, Steam/Condensate Tracing Manifold Layout, Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), Technical Clarifications (TCL) and etc.

❖ Review/interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other documents.

❖ Initiates, coordinates, and oversees the implementation of design changes in a site.

❖ Supporting of piping system.

❖ General coordination with multiple groups across jobsite (craft, design, QC, subcontractors, etc.).

❖ Performing field walk-downs and inspections to review work for conformance with design requirements, applicable codes/standards and project procedures.

❖ Review of Vendor/Work Packages in planning, working, and closure.

❖ Familiar with related standards such as: ASME B 31.3, ASME 31.1, ASME 31.4, ASME 31.8, ASTM, API & IPS.
