In MTNi Network Operation Center I'm responsible about controlling High Impact changes on network and managing them in case of probable conflicts, so that business operations could be performed as well.

• Analyzing High Impact Network Changes( Night CRs ) for probable conflicts and least business disruption
• Analyzing 1,500 Change Requests during six month
• Handling 800 Emergency CRs for conflicts alignment with planned CRs
• Announcing Freeze Conditions on MTNi Network
• Checking probable conflicts between CAB Meeting changes and ongoing Emergency changes
• Arrange meeting for Unauthorized Activities on Network
• Solving CRs Issues with Technical Teams( BO ) and Project Managers
• Making alignments with MTNi Teams and MS teams to avoid probable conflicts between high impact changes
• Providing daily management reports about expired running Changes on Network
• Controlling count of Expired Running Changes

• Managing 72 CAB Meeting between MTN Irancell & Huawei Technologies
• Checking high impact changes( Night CRs ) to be planned as per MTNi change management policies
• Confirming change parameters such as impact durations, affected technologies & outage services
